Southern University Ag Center Chancellor Leodrey Williams, assisted by Lonnie Parker, research associate, presented the Future Farmers of America (FFA) meat judging CD produced by Ag Center employees to the Southern University Board of Supervisors, Friday, February 23. The CD is used nation-wide for high school students preparing for the meat judging contest component of the FFA career development events. The CD features meat cuts from pork, lamb, and beef.

The production team consists of Gebrelul Sebhatu, Project Director, Orlando Phelps, Bridget Udoh, Christopher Rogers, Curtis Chisley, Lonnie Parker, Albert Howard, Dexter Newman, Sanjay Palle, and William Augustine.
